Christmas Vacation from December 23rd until January 2nd

Dear Friends, Family, Fans and Customers,

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support during this past year. I wouldn't have been able to come as far as I have without you. During 2011, I had a wonderful business experience and I have met wonderful shop owners and customers. I have enjoyed learning about the online business community and how I can run my business to help serve you better. It has been an empowering experience and I hope to continue for several years. 

I want to wish you all a blessed Christmas and holiday season as well as a Happy New Year. I wish all of you safe travels wherever you may be going and good fellowship with your loved ones this season!

I will be out of my shop from December 23rd until January 2nd for the holidays. I'm looking forward to spending time with friends and family, watching Christmas movies, and eating all the delicious food!

Most Popular Card Set: Christian Inspirational Photography

I thought that you might find it interesting to know which of my handmade photography sets is the most popular. So today, that is what this post is all about!

At shows and online, my best selling photography card set is this Christian inspirational set of six. These religious handmade photography cards are perfect for any occasion. They are excellent for sympathy cards, thinking of you cards, or just as a nice way to inspire someone special with a religious verse.

Each of these handcrafted cards displays a different nature photography print. The fine photographs are adhered to kraft cardstock and have raffia attached at the fold. The raffia ties together the natural and soothing feel of these fine art cards.

The verses on the outside of the cards remind us to have faith in God during even the most difficult of times. The verses on the cards are as follows:

Custom Order: Six Cards of the Same Design

I was especially excited about a custom order that I received in early October. I loved that it was my first custom order, it was a repeat buyer, and a great idea! The customer was looking to purchase a set of six cards using all the same design. She was particularly fond of one card from the thinking of you wild grasses set, that displayed the phrase "Someone remembers, Someone cares."

She explained that it was the perfect phrase for when you do not know exactly what to say during a difficult time for a friend. It simply shows that you care.

Pinterest: A Fun and Neat Place to Share and Organize Ideas for your Life!

Pinterest is a place where you can gather and organize ideas and products. To join, you will need to request an invite and then after you have been accepted you will fill out your account information.  After adding the pin it button to your toolbar you are ready to start organizing ideas.  When you find something on a website that you love, click the pin it button and select the picture and board you would like it to be added to. Simple and easy! 

The best part is not only will you have the picture to reference back to, but every photo is linked back to its original place. If you want to know how to make one of the projects on your “Things to Make” board you would just click the picture and it would take you to the how-to place.
