Kareena Kapoor Not Doing Karan Johar's Film

There have been persistent reports that Kareena Kapoor would be paired with Emraan Hashmi in Rensil D'Silva's next, a Karan Johar production.
Kareena, reportedly, was trying to rework her dates to accommodate the film.
A publication qutoed Emraan as saying that he admires Kareena and it will be great to work with someone of her caliber.
Apparently, Kareena declined the film and the role has now gone to Neha Dhupia.
"I have given a nod to that film. That's all I can say right now," Neha told IANS.
The yet to be titled film additionally features Randeep Hooda and Kangana Ranaut.
In a recent interview with PTI, Johar spoke about the film but evaded questions on Kareena being in it.
"The film has a strong ensemble cast, like Emraan, lots of people are there in it. like Kangana, Randeep Hooda and host of young brilliant actors," he said.
The film is about individual paths, there is no predominant love story. The film's script does not demand Emraan to do intimate scenes, Johar added.
Kareena has completed major parts of Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. She will next start filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela, with Ranveer Singh as her co-star.
Kareena's wedding date is set for October 16.
