Another example of why keeping the costume from the original comic doesn’t always work. Shazam, the 1974 TV version of Captain Marvel’s adventures, gave the DC hero a crummy outfit including what looked like a pair of red stretch pants and a cape decorated with gold shamrocks. The 70s hair really doesn’t help either.
