Akshay Kumar Puts His Money on His Action Skills

Akshay Kumar's confidence in his box-office appeal has soared following the success the Rowdy Rathore, but instead of hiking his paycheck and making it difficult for producers to sign him on, Akshay is now asking for a greater share in the film's profit.
He has reportedly signed on for an actioner to be directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Vipul Shah, in a deal that entitles him to an unprecedented 70% of the film's profit!
The remaining 30% of the profit will be split between Vipul and Murugadoss, reports boxofficeindia.com.
The film was announced in September 2011 and was to start production in early 2012, but Akshay got busy with other projects. He is now ready to give his dates for the film.
Asin is the female lead. She had headlined AR Murugadoss' Ghajini (2008), her Bollywood debut film, and worked with Vipul in London Dreams . This will be her third film with Akshay after Housefull 2 and Khiladi 786.
