Salma Hayek Gorgeous in Gucci at 'Savages' LA Premiere

Salma Hayek looked splendid in a jade green Gucci column gown at the premiere of her new film, Savages, at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood, Calif on Monday, June 25.
The 45-year-old actress looked well 'contained' in the sleeveless embellished gown featuring a modest round neckline.
She accessorized with black peeptoe platforms and matching green jewelry consisting of drop earrings and an imposing ring.
Her hair was styled in signature pulled back ponytail. She wore light makeup for a fresh face look.
Salma was joined on red carpet by her co-stars including Benicio Del Toro, Taylor Kitsch, Emile Hirsch, Sandra Echeverria, and director of the film Oliver Stone.
Salma, who plays a villain in the film as part of a powerful Mexican drug cartel, told the assembled press that the film has a lot of violence, which she is not very happy about.
"At the same time it is also beautiful...it's really sexy and feminine in a way. It is also a film in which the women have a lot of power, which is cool," she added.
Salma had banned her four-year-old daughter Valentina from coming on set because of the violence in the film.
"She loves to come to the set. She doesn't get bored, she wants to be there... (But) she's not gonna watch this movie, no. Actually it was the only movie that she was not on the set," she had said in an earlier interview.
Commenting about Salma's role, Blake Lively, her co-star in the film, said, "It was amazing to work with her as a villain because we were such good buddies personally. So when she would turn into her character it was always fun to see how talented she is. She is such a tiny lady, so to see her take control, take the power, that was remarkable."
