| Eye of the Dolphin |
The protagonist of this movie is a “troubled” young girl named Alyssa who has the ability to communicate with dolphins. Now, the annoying father who wants his daughter to stop hanging out with her cetacean friend definitely has a point: children shouldn’t spend all of their time in the company of potentially dangerous (not to say irritating) wild animals, particularly children who clearly need to learn to get along with other people first. Yeah, the movie has some nice underwater shots, but that doesn’t excuse the rest of what it’s all about.
